When Helmut Schuller was confronted with a serious diagnosis, he resolved to change his life. Instead of pills or surgery, he decided to radically alter his diet and prescribed himself daily exercise by bicycle. After nine years of uncertainty, what conventional doctors considered impossible became clear: Based on his life philosophy of „nutrition, exercise, faith,“ the patient healed himself. During his illness, the desire also grew to undertake the Camino de Santiago in the Holy Year of 2010. Full of energy and renewed vitality, the 67-year-old finally cycled from Weiden to Santiago de Compostela and Finisterre, to the „end of the world.“ He shares his story in his live presentation.
